At Naman Living, each piece is handcrafted with intention. We want you to love your new addition as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

7-Day Grace Period: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if your piece arrives with unexpected damage, we will take care of everything.

Damaged Arrivals

Your order is packaged with the utmost care. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us via Messages within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a solution for you immediately.

Shipping & Processing

Origin: All orders are thoughtfully shipped from Texas, United States.

Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order for its new home.

Cancellations: We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.

Care and Appreciation

A Note on Nature’s Artistry: This is a handcrafted piece. Subtle variations in size, shade, and texture are inherent to its organic beauty and make your item truly one-of-a-kind. Natural materials may evolve in appearance over time especially with exposure to sunlight or humidity.

Care Guide:
Usage: Designed for decorative display and light utility. To protect the natural fibers, we recommend using a liner for moist items.

Maintenance: Keep in a dry, well-ventilated space. If the tray gets wet, wipe dry immediately. Avoid contact with light-colored fabrics during use and prolonged contact with liquids.

Safety: Handle with care to prevent snagging and surface friction. Keep away from open flames or high heat sources and out of reach of children and pets.
